how do you get rid of your periods?
You don’t want a hysterectomy. It’s one of the worst possible things you can do to yourself at a young age. You go through menopause, which is highly unpleasant. I know periods are not fun to go through, but they serve a purpose. They’re part of being a woman. The whole new thing of women […]

I know periods are not fun to go through, but they serve a purpose. They’re part of being a woman. The whole new thing of women trying to get rid of their periods is actually NOT HEALTHY AT ALL! Not to mention sad. By trying to stop your periods you open yourself up to a higher risk of a lot of ills. I have PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) which causes lack of periods. When I tell people this, they get jealous, but it really isn’t anything to be jealous about. One of the things I have higher risk for because of it, for example, is endometrial cancer. Among other things. By trying to stop your period completly you’re only opening up a can of worms that can cause all sorts of problems in the long run.
The easist thing to do is talk to your OB/GYN about getting on a birth control pill that will help you regulate your period- maybe making it shorter or less painful. Smell can be changed by having a good diet. For cramps, always have a heating pad and a cup of tea, particularly chamomile. They work wonders. I also highly recommend the Diva Cup ( http://www.divacup.com/ ) over pads and tampons. I LOVE my Diva Cup!

Why do so many people misuse the word ’song’?

I must say I think Apple are at least partly to blame, or perhaps the electronic media in general. Itunes and your ipod refer to all pieces of music as “songs.” Back in the day, I always referred to pieces on albums as “tracks.” I am equally irked by people who obviously have been polluted by this socialogical trend to misuse the language. As an Englishman in America, abuse of the mother tongue is something I have had to put up with. The use of the title “songs without words” is acceptable with the assumption of poetic license. It is purely a title and does not suggest that the pieces are really songs, rather particularly expressive pieces.
People tend to lapse into these bad habits unless they are corrected, so good for you to continue to point it out. YA is all about educating people and part of that is getting people to expand their vocabularies and use the language better which is really to their own advantage.

Where can you visit and play with chimpanzees?

Although chimps and other large mammals are portrayed as friendly and enjoyable creatures to be around, the reality is much more sobering. Chimps, once they reach adulthood are dangerous and unpredictable. They’re substantially stronger than a grown man and can do incredible damage very quickly. For that reason and for the fact that zoonotic diseases can more easily spread between the great apes and humans than many other creatures, they are generally not permitted near humans other than their keepers or other caretakers. Further, they are often frustrated in caged situations and will take their frustrations out on people around them by being violent or using other demonstrations (such as throwing feces) to display their anger.
Sadly, the media often protrays these animals in a rather two-dimentional way. Intelligent animals like dolphins and apes are shown to be friendly, likeable and enjoy interacting with people. The reality is that these creatures are wild animals and because of their intelligence are capable of killing their own kind, forced sex against young/infant animals, and other acts that were once thought to be only in the realm of human interactions. They often interact in a ‘friendly’ manner only to secure their food or other rewards and shun any contact not associated with either rewards or people known to provide rewards.

quakers are very hardy little birds, they can survive alot. we have three right now. We had one that flew out of our door when I was letting our dog in last year. We never got her back, but It was also VERY cold when she flew out. I would take her cage outside and put it somewhere that she may be able to see it. If you have another bird in your household, take him out in his cage (chances are if she’s around she’ll recognize his calls). Keep calling to her and listening to hear her response. Alot of times they will stay in the area for awhile, if they haven’t been scared off by other birds. I don’t know where you live, or what you’re area looks like, but we had a wooded area that we live near that ours flew to. She flew in a tree. My mistake was allowing my husband to go up after her instead of doing it myself, she didn’t want to go to him, and kept taking off. Quakers in the wild are drawn to power lines, transformers and big overhead lights. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to keep an eye out for her in these places in your area. I am sorry to hear about your baby, I hope you get her home!

First of all, the gold offered for loan is taken as pledge, not mortgaged or hypothecated.
The bank would have its own valuation done of the gold. If the quantity is large, it is advisable to have one private valuation got done with certificate.
Take all papers and receipts from the bank for all the items pledged with them with correct description, weight etc.
Loan would be extended on the weight of the metal only, no stones or gems are considered for the purpose.
Do enquire from more than one bank before going for the loan, about the facility, features, rate of interest, formalities, charges etc. You will yourself come to know of many things, benefits, conditions etc. prevailing for such loans at any point of time.
Floating point rate is the changing rate of interest applicable from time to time on the loan extended to any borrower opting such option of rate of interest. RBI has got no or extremely little role to play in fixing such rates by the banks and each bank is free to charge its own rate, so check with different banks, as suggested above, before finalising with any particular bank.
Do ask for hidden costs specifically, for the first time and annually, if any applicable to your loan. These costs should not surprise you every now and then.

Type 2 diabetes diets?

Ok. First of all I don’t know what drug You are on, but Most probably it’ll be Metformin, a drug that reduces your insulin resistance. Your body has way too much insulin because your body is becoming “resistant” to insulin. In order to function normally (i.e. sugar getting into our cells for fuel) our body counters this resistance by producing more and more insulin. But sooner or later your pancreas will be exhausted, and it will stop producing enough insulin one day-thus making you a Type II diabetic. This resistance is acquired through a sedentary lifestyle and obesity.
Secondly, Losing the extra pounds is good, but NOT IN THE WAY YOU MENTIONED! Weight loss should be gradual to help us maintain the “lost” weight. Nothing drastic should be done as it can bring harm to our health. The best thing for you now is probably to start Controlling your food intake, and start EXERCISING!! Speak to a Dietitian or your doctor regarding the diet part. You can do it if you put your mind to it

Dude you are no different then every red blooded male out there and those who say different are lieing through their noses. We all let our little head do the thinking for our big head. If women (some do) knew what they were doing they would rule the world. There isnt much any of us wouldnt do. Wait till you find the one women that hooks you like for the rest of your life. The one who even if your not together any more, you would stop everything your doing, spend your last dollars on, cancel plans you made a month ago, the moment she calls and needs something. Youd go into debt, damn near lose your job, ruin your present relationship for a moment, just at the prospect of gettin frisky with her. Hey its an addiction there is no known cure for because who would want to cure it. You think you got it bad now, wait till you meet HER.

There are a few possibilities as to why this would happen, and here are three:
Make sure the memory sticks you got are all the same speed (PC#### or ###MHz are the two most common identifiers of a RAM stick’s speed). Motherboards can sometimes not handle memory of different speeds all at the same time. It’s also possible your motherboard does not support the speed the new memory runs at, so I’d check to see what the speed of the memory you just bought, and compare it to the old memory.
Another possibility is that your motherboard can only handle x of memory sticks at y speeds. For example, my old motherboard could only take two sticks of PC3200 memory at once, even though it had four memory slots, whereas it could handle more of slower memory speeds.
The last thing, which would be very uncommon, would be if one or more of the new memory sticks was bad, or if those two particular memory slots are bad. For this, I’d try moving around the sticks on the motherboard, or just putting in the new ones. There is a very low chance that this is the case, and I’d highly suggest checking out my other suggestions first.
Hope that helps!

yes. , my sister worked for LIVEOPS, and i CAN TELL you that there is a lot things they don’t tell you in your video training, like all the upsells and the scripting that you have to say let’s do this foryou today OKAY that way most people have to say okay back, they take orders from most of the info commercials and if you call in getting the product is not the only thing you’ll get. you’ll have to list to about 15-20 min of upsells and OTHER things like magazines offers, and travel offers, and shipping offers, and shopping essentials ( buying gift cards threw their memberships) and if you don’t listen to it the order won’t get processed, and if you don’t say it exactly you’ll get fired, you don’t have a regular schedule and if you don’t get the half hour time slot on scheduled time roll outs thurs and fri then you are aol. stay AWAY from this company they pay .25 per talk time minute , trust me it sucks. thats my opinion. good luck
I’ve found some good information here too…
